Upgrading the shared electronic records repository across units under the Ministry

Based on the approved digital transformation plan, units are focusing on carrying out their assigned tasks.

The system keeps full logs to support inspection and complaint handling. Forms have been reviewed and duplicate fields removed to shorten filing time.

Data flows between systems, limiting repeated data entry.

Citizens can track their application status at any time without visiting an office in person.

In the coming time, units will continue to review processes and add resources to keep to the set schedule.
