What the Digital Academy offers
Six groups of functionality already running in the learner area, available as soon as you sign in with your issued account.
Online courses
Each course is split into chapters holding video lessons, readings or downloadable materials, with a quiz at the end of every chapter for self-assessment before moving on. The system remembers where you stopped, so you can study in short sessions and pick up exactly where you left off.
Learning paths
Instead of picking from the whole catalogue, learners follow a sequence ordered for their job role: finishing one course unlocks the next, so foundations come before specialised material. Overall path completion is shown on the learner's overview screen.
Live classes
Alongside recorded lessons, live sessions with an instructor run on a published schedule for topics that need two-way discussion or hands-on guidance. The schedule and the join link sit next to the course itself — no extra software, no links passed around through other channels.
Digital certificates
Finishing every lesson and passing the final quiz issues the certificate automatically — no request paperwork. Each certificate carries its own lookup code so a unit or a third party can verify it online, and all certificates earned are collected in one place in the learner's account.
Knowledge contests
Quiz contests open for a fixed window and test digital-transformation awareness across the sector rather than within a single course. Results feed both an individual leaderboard and a per-unit roll-up used to track sector-wide participation.
AI assistant
The assistant answers from the platform's own content — lessons, handbooks, published documents and news — so every answer comes with sources to check against rather than generic text. Questions can be asked mid-lesson without leaving the course to search elsewhere.

How learning works here
Four steps from having an account to receiving a certificate.

Sign in
Use the account issued by your unit. If you do not have one, contact your unit's IT focal point.

Pick a course or a path
Choose individual courses as needed, or follow a path already sequenced for your job role.
- 3
Study at your own pace
Watch lessons, read materials and take the quiz at the end of each chapter. The system saves your place so you return to the right lesson.
- 4
Receive your certificate
Complete the lessons and pass the final quiz to be issued a digital certificate with an online lookup code.
