Digitisation follows a priority order, starting with the most valuable items. Each artefact is photographed from many angles with detailed descriptions attached.

Visitors can look up artefact information directly on their phones.

• Connect and share data with national shared systems.
• Measure user satisfaction to adjust services accordingly.

Digitisation results are reused for heritage education in schools.

Implementation results will be assessed periodically as a basis for scaling up to other localities across the sector.
